Basic conclusions:
1. From 1965 to 1990 year visitations of foreigners in Bulgaria are rising almost 10 times including traveling with purpose tourism. For the period 1990 – 1992 year is observing fall by arrivals of foreigners in Republic Bulgaria. For the period 1992 – 1998 year should to report on gradually increase of tourists from East and from West Europe as well.
2. For 1998 – 1999 year is also registering fall, especially of tourists from Russia and other countries from UAE. Through 2000 year is reporting stature – round 15 % in comparison with 1999 year, through 2001 г. stature – 17,06 % in comparison with 2000 year, through 2002 year 8,60 % stature in comparison with 2001 year. The trend is emerging against relative decreasing of foreigner transit travelers and passengers with autobus and railway transport on account by increase of traveling of the foreigners with aviation (charter fly).
3. Obviously variations of transit traveling of foreign tourists to Bulgaria are first of all connecting with late military operations in the countries from formerly Yugoslavia and especially in Kosovo through 1999 year and with political and economic instability of Balkan countries.
NOTE: In verification is not include passed through Bulgaria outside military units as and members of foreign embassies and trade missions.
